Governorate-level festivals using sport as the front door into English learning and merit-first hiring.
Sport reaches young Iraqis that no training programme reaches on its own. EVE's Sport & Opportunity Festivals use that reach deliberately: physical events, run in partnership with local clubs and coaches, that double as the recruitment surface for English HUB and the Opportunity hiring module.
Each festival is themed to a discipline the local governorate actually competes in, with published participation data including a minimum female-participation target for every event.
The programme runs on the same Road to LA28 arc that structures liiink's Sporty module — using the 2026 FIFA World Cup and the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics as a fixed point on the calendar rather than an abstract aspiration.

Every festival is a recruitment event for English HUB and Opportunity — the same account created at a Sport & Opportunity Festival carries through to a CEFR placement test and, eventually, a verified job listing.
