The Kurd Prize was established to shine an uncompromising spotlight on excellence, innovation, and courage within Kurdish communities across the globe.
Governed by an independent academy of international scholars, civil leaders, and former laureates, the prize evaluates hundreds of annual nominations under rigorous, transparent criteria.
Beyond the medal of honour, laureates receive catalytic research and action grants, enabling them to scale their initiatives, establish new laboratories, or extend educational programs across Kurdistan.
A neutral council of international professors, laureates, and civil society elders overseeing the scoring process.
Transparent, community-driven nominations across Kurdistan, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.
Each laureate receives research funding and institutional backing to scale their impact across Kurdistan.
